We currently do not offer a delivery service but may be doing so in the future.
Click & collect is a FREE service where you can save time, and enjoy browsing and shopping at the comfort of your own home. When all items are selected you may pay for it online and collect it at our shop in 11 City Mill Lane, Gibraltar.
How long will it take?
Place your online order before 8pm and it will be ready in 2 working days for collection at our store in 11 City Mill Lane.
e.g. order Tuesday before 8pm and it will be ready for collection Thursday;
order Friday before 8pm and it will be ready for collection Tuesday.
Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday may not be ready for collection until Wednesday.
Place your order after 8pm today, and you’ll be able to collect it in 3 working days.
How will I know when my Click & collect order is ready?
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming the day for collection.
If you’ve given us your mobile number, we may call you to remind you after 5 working days have passed after your collection date.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Bring your order number from your email.
We need to see your order number from your email, and proof of ID. This can be:
§ the payment card you used for the order, or
§ a current photographic driver’s licence or passport
We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you’ve nominated must present your order number and their photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the warehouse and refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to process once the order has left the shop.
What time shall I pick up my order?
You may pick up at any time during our opening hours once you have received confirmation that your order is ready to be collected.
I’ve lost my order confirmation email or text message.
Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.
Otherwise, if you were logged in to your Toy Box account at time of purchase, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history. Simply log into your account and click on the relevant purchase to find the order number. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect.
If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and the card used to make the payment.
To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.
I haven’t received an email or text message to confirm my order has arrived.
If you ordered before 8pm, your order will be available to collect two working days after; so please wait up to 2 working days before getting in contact with us. If there’s any delay to your order, we will let you know either by e-mail or telephone.
If you placed your order after 8pm, it will be ready after 3 working days.
I was unable to collect my Click & collect order. When will I be refunded?
We will hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll return it to our warehouse and refund your account. Before returning it to our warehouse we will contact you by phone after 5 working days that your order has been held in the store. Please note that this the refund may take 14 days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.
